1. The Entities

This website and its associated services are provided by Creating Consciousness LLC (the "Company") and Creating Consciousness Therapy PLLC.

  • Creating Consciousness LLC provides non-clinical coaching, educational workshops, and peer-support resources.

  • Creating Consciousness Therapy PLLC provides licensed clinical mental health therapy.

2. Scope of Service: Coaching vs. Therapy

By using this site, you acknowledge the fundamental difference between our offerings:

  • Coaching & Workshops: These services are educational in nature. They focus on goal-setting, habit formation, and personal growth. Coaching is NOT therapy. It does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders as defined by the American Psychiatric Association.

  • Licensed Therapy: Clinical therapy is a regulated healthcare service provided by Marcella Cucchiara, LPC. This involves clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

  • Services are provided by Marcella Cucchiara, LPC (Pennsylvania License No. PC011110). Clinical oversight is maintained by Creating Consciousness Therapy PLLC. You may verify this license status at any time via the Pennsylvania Department of State website.

3. No Clinician-Patient Relationship

Accessing this website, consuming its content, or communicating via the contact form does not create a clinician-patient relationship. Such a relationship with Creating Consciousness Therapy PLLC is only established after a formal clinical intake process, a signed consent for treatment, and a completed initial assessment.

4. Safety & Emergency Disclaimer

Creating Consciousness LLC and Creating Consciousness Therapy PLLC are not crisis intervention services.

  • Do not use this website or our contact forms if you are experiencing a mental health emergency.

  • Telehealth Consent: By using our services, you consent to receive care via HIPAA-compliant telehealth technology. You acknowledge that telehealth has unique risks (such as technical failures or privacy limitations in your own environment) and benefits (such as increased accessibility). You agree that at the start of every session, you will disclose your current physical location, which must be within the state of Pennsylvania for clinical therapy services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including music, audio engineering assets, and workshop materials, is the property of Creating Consciousness LLC. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or "mirror" any content without express written permission.

6. Payments & Cancellations

  • Coaching/Workshops: Payments are made to Creating Consciousness LLC. Refunds are [e.g., not provided / provided with 48 hours notice].

  • Therapy: Billing is handled via Creating Consciousness Therapy PLLC through our secure EHR. Clinical cancellation policies are outlined in your specific treatment agreement.

  • Good Faith Estimate: You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers must give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Pennsylvania law, the Company shall not be liable for any decisions or actions taken based on the educational information provided on this site.
